Property Motion uses current AI tools as part of the production process, but the final video is not auto-generated and sent untouched. Each order is assembled, polished, and reviewed by a human editor before delivery.

You upload your listing photos, complete payment, and our team handles the rest. We select the strongest images, process the motion, assemble the final video, and review everything before delivery.

Orders are delivered within 24 hours.

Each order includes one main horizontal property video, plus a second vertical-format file designed for easier posting on social platforms. This second file uses the same main video in a vertical layout. It is not a separately edited true vertical video.

Once your order is submitted, we review your uploaded photos, choose the best workable options, and prepare the final video for delivery within 24 hours.

You can upload up to 50 JPEG photos per order. We typically end up using 20 to 30 for the final video, based on our judgment about which photos will cut together to make the best possible result.

We currently accept JPEG images only, with a maximum file size of 10 MB per photo.

The best results come from bright, high-quality real estate photos. Since the main deliverable is a horizontal video, horizontal listing photos work best. Vertical images can still be used, though they may not translate as cleanly into the final horizontal video format.

Videos are designed and priced to be used as delivered. We allow one round of revisions if there is a clear technical issue or an incorrect AI-generated result. Revisions are not offered for subjective preferences such as music choice or editing style.

Because work begins after an order is placed and each video is custom-produced from your submitted photos, orders are non-refundable.

Yes. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final video and confirming that it is appropriate for their intended use based on the rules and standards in their market. Property Motion is designed to add motion to existing listing photos, not to alter or misrepresent the property. Please refer to our Media Use Policy for more information.

Yes. We offer a separate U.S. pricing and checkout option for customers who prefer to pay in USD.
