Terms of Service
By placing an order with Property Motion, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Media Use Policy.
The Service
Property Motion creates animated marketing videos from listing photos you upload.
Each completed order includes:
- One main horizontal property video
- One additional vertical-format version adapted from the main video for easier posting on vertical platforms
The vertical-format version is based on the same main video and presented in a vertical layout. It is not a separately edited true vertical video.
Order Requirements
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You own the uploaded photos or have permission to use them
- You have the right to submit those photos to Property Motion for processing
- The information you provide is accurate
Not all submitted photos will be used. Our team selects the strongest workable images for the final result.
Delivery
Orders are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on the uploaded materials being suitable for production. If there is an issue with the submitted photos, we may contact you before completing the order.
Quality and Results
Results depend on the quality, format, and composition of the uploaded photos.
The best results usually come from bright, high-quality real estate photos. Horizontal photos generally produce the strongest output.
Because Property Motion uses current AI tools as part of the workflow, results may vary from one property to another.
Revisions
Videos are designed and priced to be used as delivered.
We allow one round of revisions if there is a clear technical issue or an incorrect AI-generated result in the final video. Revisions are not offered for subjective preferences such as music choice, editing style, or creative taste.
If a revision is approved, updated delivery may take up to an additional 24 hours.
Refunds
Orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
If we determine before completion that the uploaded materials are unsuitable, too limited, or unlikely to produce a quality result, we may contact you to request additional photos or cancel the order and issue a refund.
Use of Submitted Content and Final Work
By placing an order, you give Property Motion permission to use:
- The uploaded source photos
- The final video created from those photos
…for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional use.
This permission is granted without further approval, notice, or compensation.
This permission does not include use of your property address, agent name, brokerage name, or other identifying business details unless separately agreed.
Client Review and Media Use
Property Motion is a marketing media service. You are responsible for reviewing the final video before publishing or using it.
You are also responsible for confirming that your use of the final media complies with the MLS, brokerage, platform, advertising, and legal requirements that apply in your market.

Refusal of Service
We may refuse, pause, or cancel an order if the submitted materials are unsuitable, low quality, incomplete, or otherwise unlikely to produce a satisfactory result.
If this happens before completion, we may contact you for replacement materials or issue a refund.
Limitation of Liability
Property Motion is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service or final media.
This includes missed sales opportunities, listing performance, platform issues, MLS compliance issues, brokerage compliance issues, or decisions made based on the final media.
Changes
We may update our pricing, service details, or these Terms of Service from time to time.
Any changes will apply to future orders. Orders already placed will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
